Service users can choose any service package(s) that best fit their needs and circumstances. Our options include the hourly calls, live-in; day sit-in, waking nights and sleep-in nights, any of which can be delivered by one or two carers as agreed in each particular client care plan.
Contract negotiations begin with a free and no obligation initial consultations and always involve the prospective service user, family and or representative. What we agree on at this stage goes on to inform final care package and the provisions for future reviews. Subject to completion of contractual formalities, our service can commence thereafter depending on the urgency of need, usually within 48 hours. Flexible Community Care have a growing and flexible capacity to handle your home support and personal care needs whether they are short, medium or long term.
