We have put in place robust and rigorous management and leadership systems and procedures that ensure our service is able, caring, reliable and safe. We have also put in place systems for our service users and stakeholders to tell us when they are happy or not happy with our service. As part of our commitment to quality assurance, Flexible Community Care is a signed up member of Dementia Pledge, the Social Care Commitments and Driving Up Quality. We are also a member of the National Care Forum and the United Kingdom Home Care Association all of which give Flexible Community Care the opportunity learn and share best practice.
